CERTIFICATES

Upon successful completion of your course, you will receive a Confirmation of Achievement document from your tutor to confirm that you have passed. After our quality checks are complete, you will be awarded a certificate from the awarding body that we deliver the qualification through (NCFE or Pearson/BTEC).

We claim certificates from the awarding bodies twice in the academic year, January and August - these are the only windows in which we can send certificates out to learners. To receive your certificate(s) in the August window, please make sure that you have completed the below claims form by 31st July. To receive your certificate(s) in the January window, please make sure that you have completed the below claims form by 31st December.

Digital scans of certificates are sent for free, but only if the below form is complete - they are not automatically sent. If you wish to own a hard copy of your certificate(s), you will need to pay £20 for recorded delivery, postage and packaging per batch (i.e. if you have more than one certificate, we can batch these into a single £20 order).
